About the Project
Fredun FDS is an end-to-end enterprise solution specifically designed for pharmaceutical distribution companies to manage their complete supply chain ecosystem. The system begins with secure multi-company access, allowing different business entities to operate within a single unified platform.
Upon login, users are presented with a comprehensive business intelligence dashboard displaying real-time key performance indicators including pending sales orders with monetary values, total inventory valuation across all warehouses, monthly invoice generation statistics with comparative analysis, and visual graphs comparing sales versus inventory trends. The dashboard also manages promotional schemes and product banners with validity period tracking.
The platform excels in managing complex pharmaceutical distribution hierarchies, categorizing customers into Distributors, State C&F Agents, and Stockists with detailed profiling including business codes, contact information, validity periods, and customer groupings. Each tier in the distribution chain maintains specific relationships and territory mappings.
Inventory management is tailored for pharmaceutical requirements with product categorization into therapeutic groups (tablets, injections, capsules, etc.), batch-wise tracking using Near Expiry accounting methods, multi-warehouse stock management, and complete unit and pack size configurations.
The sales module features comprehensive GST-compliant invoicing with multiple discount structures (scheme, trade, cash), detailed tax breakdowns (CGST, SGST, IGST), batch selection for products, and complete delivery information including transporter details, vehicle tracking, E-Way bill generation, and LR documentation.
Purchase management includes Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing with approval workflows, supplier management, purchase order tracking, and return management. The financial module ensures complete GST compliance with detailed sales return registers, tax liability calculations, credit control, and PDC (Post-Dated Cheque) management.
