Infinitysync Distribution is a specialized Distribution Resource Planning (DRP) platform built exclusively for the Indian pharmaceutical industry. It provides end-to-end visibility of inventory across domestic and export supply chains through a color-coded buffer zone system. The platform integrates master data management, production planning, raw material tracking, and role-based user access into a single dashboard, enabling pharma companies to reduce non-moving stock, optimize warehouse operations, and maintain optimal inventory health.
About the Project
In the pharmaceutical industry, stock-outs can be a matter of life and death, while overstocking leads to massive expiry write-offs. Infinitysync Distribution addresses this critical balance by offering a unified command center for supply chain managers.
The project integrates deep-level master data management with operational execution. It moves beyond traditional ERP limitations by introducing dynamic inventory zoning. Instead of simply showing inventory value, the system visually segregates stock into White, Blue, Green, Yellow, Red, and Black zones based on penetration rates and demand generation metrics. This allows managers to instantly identify dead stock, buffer stock, and potential stock-out risks.
A key differentiator of this project is its focus on Export vs. Domestic segregation within the same warehouse node. The dashboard tracks inventory turns, non-moving value, and intransit stock simultaneously, ensuring that regulatory compliance for export batches does not interfere with domestic supply.
Furthermore, the platform includes robust User Management controls, allowing pharma companies to create category wise logins restricting visibility for stockists while giving full access to internal PPC (Production Planning & Control) and RMPM (Raw Material Planning & Management) teams.
