Infinitysync PPC is an integrated web-based solution built to simplify and optimize production planning, inventory control, and material requirement processes within an organization. The system provides a structured framework to manage master data, monitor stock movement, calculate buffer norms, and generate actionable insights through intelligent reports and calculators.
The platform is divided into multiple functional modules including Data Masters, Reporting, User Access Management, and Advanced Settings. It enables organizations to define material categories, units, SKUs, suppliers, buffer norms, and planning parameters in a centralized environment.
A key highlight of the system is its Integrated Calculator, which consolidates production plans, stock levels, pending orders, blocked quantities, and other operational parameters into a unified analytical view. This empowers decision-makers to identify shortages, excess inventory, and replenishment needs in real time.
Infinitysync PPC also includes configurable Buffer Norm and Replenishment Logic, allowing businesses to define percentage-based thresholds and automate stock control rules.
