The JVPG Club Member App is a comprehensive mobile solution designed exclusively for club members. It digitizes the entire member experience by replacing physical ID cards, paper notices, and in-person billing with a seamless, all-in-one digital ecosystem. From checking pending dues and enrolling in sports coaching to viewing live event notices, this app serves as the primary touchpoint between the club management and its members.
About the Project
The JVPG Club project was developed to address the operational gap between a traditional member-based club and its digitally native users. The client required a platform that could handle high-engagement features (events, news) while simultaneously managing administrative functions (billing, ID verification, complaints).
We developed a hybrid mobile application that authenticates users via a unique "Member ID" system. Once logged in, members are greeted with a personalized dashboard displaying their name and membership number. The app integrates a dynamic billing module showing real-time dues, due dates, and past payment history. A significant focus was placed on the "Events & Enrollment" section, allowing members to register for workshops like the "Hooksteps Dance Workshop" or seasonal events like Diwali and Dussehra programs directly from their phones.
To ensure longevity, the app was built with a scalable content management backend, allowing club administrators to push "News & Notices" instantly without requiring a version update.
