About the Project

This project addresses the complex operational needs of modern residential societies by providing a role-based, multi-application platform. The architecture is designed to handle data isolation and management for numerous societies simultaneously, ensuring that the data for one society remains completely separate from another.

The ecosystem is built around three core mobile touchpoints:

Gate Guard App: A utility-focused app for security personnel to manage entry logs, verify visitors, and handle parcel deliveries. Guards can view pre-approved visitors, generate OTPs for on-spot verification, and receive instant notifications when a resident approves or rejects a visitor. The app also features a quick exit marking system for tracking departures.

Resident App: A lifestyle and communication app for homeowners and tenants. It allows residents to invite guests in advance, track visitor arrival status in real-time, and receive push notifications when someone arrives at the gate. Residents can approve or reject visitor requests with a single tap, view expected delivery personnel, and share secure access codes with family members. The app also keeps them updated on community forums, polls, and complaint statuses.

Manager/Committee App: A governance app for society management to oversee operations, monitor all visitor activity across the society, and review approval histories. Managers receive notifications for high-priority visits, can override approvals if needed, and access detailed logs of every entry and exit for security audits.

Streamlined Visitor Workflow: The platform introduces a complete digital visitor lifecycle. When a delivery person, guest, or taxi arrives, the guard logs the entry request. An instant notification is sent to the respective resident, who can then approve or reject the visitor remotely. Upon approval, the guard receives an alert and grants access. For pre-scheduled visitors, residents can generate a unique code or QR code that the visitor shares with the guard for contactless, pre-approved entry. Every step—from request to exit—is tracked and notified.

The backbone of the system is the Unified Admin Panel. This web-based dashboard acts as the command center where super admins can configure societies, manage master data (flats, towers, parking slots), oversee AMC contracts, track inventory, and audit the entire activity log including every visitor approval, rejection, and notification sent across all linked mobile apps.
