About the Project

Tripwale is a fully-featured digital ecosystem for the transportation industry, developed as two distinct mobile applications to serve both customers and drivers, complemented by a powerful admin panel.

The User App provides a seamless interface for riders to book taxis based on their specific needs. Users can choose from various service types including Outstation (One-way/Roundtrip), Hourly Rentals, and Airport Transfers. The app allows users to compare vehicle categories (Hatchback, Sedan, SUV), view estimated fares, and manage their bookings. A unique "Quick Booking" feature streamlines the process for returning customers. Post-ride, users can provide feedback and view detailed billing information, including fare breakdowns, taxes, and toll charges.

The Driver App is a comprehensive tool for managing a driver's professional life on the platform. It handles the entire ride lifecycle, from receiving trip requests and notifications to starting and ending rides. Drivers can upload and manage necessary documents (Aadhar, License, RC, Insurance, etc.) for registration. The app provides a clear financial overview, including total earnings, pending commissions, and a detailed commission history. It also manages the driver's schedule with sections for upcoming rides, personal bookings, and a record of cancelled or successful rides.

At the core of the operation is the Admin Dashboard, which allows the Tripwale team to manage users, drivers, commissions, and ride pricing. It ensures platform security, handles dispute resolution, and provides data-driven insights to optimize the business. Tripwale is built to be a 100% secure and reliable solution, making taxi fleet management simple and efficient.
