DM POS
DM POS is a comprehensive, web-based Point of Sale and inventory management system tailored for mobile and electronics retail businesses. It provides a centralized dashboard for tracking sales, purchases, stock valuations, and financial entries in real time. Designed for multi-warehouse operations, the system enables role-based access control, detailed reporting, and seamless transaction management—from procurement at the supplier level to final billing at the counter.
About the Project
DM POS (DM PHONE CRAFT) is an enterprise-grade retail management solution built to handle the complete lifecycle of inventory and sales operations. The system is structured around modular navigation, allowing users to switch between core functions such as product management, sales, quotations, purchases, transfers, returns, and people management without friction.
At its core, the platform supports multi-warehouse stock control, enabling businesses to allocate inventory across multiple physical or logical locations. Each product entry maintains detailed attributes including cost price, selling price, tax slabs (e.g., GST with inclusive/exclusive methods), unit of measure, and reorder alert thresholds. This ensures that stock levels are always optimized and visible.
The sales module supports both quick POS billing and detailed sales order processing. Users can create transactions with line-item accuracy, apply discounts, track payment statuses (Paid, Due, Pending), and generate invoices on the fly. The system also includes a returns management workflow, linking returned items back to inventory and maintaining audit trails.
On the procurement side, the purchases module logs supplier bills, tracks pending payments, and distinguishes between received and pending orders. This is complemented by an expense manager and CSV import tools for bulk operations.
The reporting engine is one of the system’s most powerful assets. It offers role-specific insights such as Best Sellers, Warehouse Stock Valuation (by cost vs. price), Product Quantity Alerts, and Profit & Loss statements by product or brand. Visual representations—including bar charts, line graphs, and pie charts—allow decision-makers to grasp sales tax trends, purchase volatility, and stock value distribution instantly.
Built with scalability in mind, DM POS supports concurrent users, IP-based session tracking, and printable outputs (PDF, Excel, JPG, PNG) for nearly all data tables and charts. It is a complete digital backbone for a growing retail chain.
